We ship to over 100 countries through our delivery partners.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected. Please do check out the offers where we offer free shipment above certain cart values.

Our carriers deliver during normal business working hours and may require a signature on receipt, so we suggest your order is delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept it.

Tracking is available on some Standard Delivery services and on all Express Delivery services. You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for your parcel so you can follow its journey.

If you’re not in when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a card telling you where it is. It might be left in a safe place or there will be details on how to pick up your order or rearrange delivery.

Yes. Orders made online which you would like to return, need to be returned to the online returns address provided. Terms and conditions apply.

Yes, and the item price will be refunded back to you. Please note that amount refunded will be the discounted SALE price and not the original price.​

Fill out the returns form on your delivery note marking the items to return, reason for returning and whether you’d like to exchange or a refund.

As long as an item is still in its original condition. If we notice an unusual pattern of returns activity that doesn’t sit right, we might have to deactivate the account and any associated accounts. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, please get in touch with Customer Care and we’ll be happy to discuss it with you.

We do offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your unwanted item and place a new order.

We accept returns within 14 days after the receipt of your delivery. We don’t accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period above.

Delivery charge is only refunded under cancelled orders before the item was shipped out.​

You may send the returns to 145, B.C. Lines, Mall Road. Meerut Cantt-250001 (INDIA) or to the return address mentioned on product slip.

Once we receive the returned items, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your returns. You should receive an email once it has been processed. If you request a refund for an item during the above time frames but you can’t return it to us for some reason, please get in touch with our support team via mail or call.

Always read the care label and washing
instructions before washing your clothes. Wash Care instructions are mention in description of each Product.

If you’ve received something you haven’t ordered, please send it back to us and we’ll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse.

 There are varying time limits in which you can cancel your order. 

  • Standard Delivery options – 12 Hoursafter completing your order.
  • Express Delivery options – 30 minutesafter completing your order.

We don’t take the money until your order has been confirmed. It may take up to 15 working days for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.

All orders placed by you will reflect in “My Account” section of top menu bar. If you have placed an order but neither it is reflecting in My Account section and not you have received order confirmation email from us, please feel free to contact our support team or write to [email protected]

  • Click Add to Cart button to place the item you want to buy.
  • Once you have finished shopping, click on the cart icon to view the items in your bag and to pay.
  • If you have a coupon code or voucher to spend, you’ll need to enter this under the Coupon Code
  • You will then be taken to the Confirm and Pay page.

  • Confirm your payment method and Place Order.
  • An email confirmation will be sent to your registered email address to let you know your order details.
